Relevancy Gap

Mid: ATO, PiKapp, Theta Chi

Lower Mid: KDR, Beta, Fiji, ZBT

Huge Relevancy Gap

Bottom: Dsig, Pike(dead), Chi Phi (dead), Pilam, Delta Chi

Any other frat is completely irreverent.

^ going off of comment above here’s better top tier rank (put them in my order but u can switch any frats in the tiers and make it work)

Elite: phi psi, sig chi

Top: sammy/dke, kappa sig, delt

Still top but kinda sus: sae, acacia, apes

This is definitely more correct, I’d even go as far to not put Sig chi up with Phi Psi, PKP has multiple annexes and a main house, Sig Chi has an okay main house and horrible below average annexes, Sig Chi is purely running off of early 2010s rep
