How do you rush suspended

If I am trying to rush Phi Psi or Kappa Sig or something suspended, how do I do that? Do I go to their house during rush week like regular or reach out myself or what? I’m a legacy at one of them

They usually post it on their instagrams, hand out flyers, and sometimes even have sky writers write the rush schedule above Bulls
