What is with the Alpha Sigma Phi house?

Are they still active? I see their cute little house on 15th still has the letters, but they are never mentioned here even as being irrelevant. Are they dead? They have been around forever havent they?

It is too bad they are struggling. I used to go there with my sorority back in the olden days (yes, I am old). They had some of the best parties on campus and were a really fun house.
