From a guys perspective this is it. Based on actual quality of people, not “top tier ranking”

Top: KD, Theta, Pi Phi
Upper mid: Kappa, Tridelt, Fuzzy, Gphi, Zeta, ChiO
Lower mid: DZ, AGD, Aoii, AChiO
Bottom: Aphi.
