From a guys perspective this is it. Based on actual quality of people, not “top tier ranking”

Top: KD, Theta, Pi Phi
Upper mid: Kappa, Tridelt, Fuzzy, Gphi, Zeta, ChiO
Lower mid: DZ, AGD, Aoii, AChiO
Bottom: Aphi.

imo, it should be this based on quality:
top: theta, zeta, a chi o, aoii
upper mid: dz, tri delt, kappa, gphi
bottom mid: fuzzy, kd, chi o, agd
bottom: pi phi, a phi, dg
