can sororities start being honest?

can't lie, formal recruitment was a bust for a lot of people (myself included) and informal is even worse. people in charge of recruitment for chapters are ignoring emails left & right if you don't meet their beauty standards and its honestly ridiculous. PHA tells PNMs to reach out to chapters they are interested in, but then chapters have proceeded to ignore all of my friends and I. if they already know who they want, at least respond instead of ignoring our emails or give people a chance and get to know them maybe? another thing i think is funny is if I do get an email back, its "oh sorry we wish we would have seen your email sooner, we're actually done recruiting". I emailed you on the first day of COB? stop lying about how you didn't see my email when you've clearly been on your email. everyone talks about how easy informal is... it really isn't.
