A lot of pnms were surprised with how much they liked coming back to AGD, they're definitely on the rise. Tri Delt and Chi O also had a ton if good reviews. Mixed reviews with KKG but they definitely recruited well, and GPhi had a surprising turnout. With zoom and meeting personalities, it shook things up a lot since a lot of the genuine and fun personalities from the "lower tiers" stood out.

Heard the same. Lots of girls were cross-preffing AGD with Theta, KD, Tri Delt and ChiO. Don't know where they went yet.
DG seemed to be everyone's favorite unless the girls were cut.

Things are shaking up slowly around here... there are rising houses. Things are evening out... KKG And Gamma Phi are moving up. You can’t keep penalizing them because they are new. They have a variety of girls that stand outs in various areas. And let’s face it, Gamma Phi is considered one of the more diverse groups these days. They also have a great philanthropy that is about building the minds and bodies of young girls. PNMs love zeta and AGD, too. It appears that the top has tried to become so elite that they are becoming self destructive and it causes them to actually look bad. This year, PNMs were able to catch onto that and the chatter has been about different houses. As much as we hate to admit it, I think there is a big shake up coming. People are ready to move toward more inclusive diverse houses. So what will we do? Keep trying to be exclusive? It is hurting us in the long run.

I am guessing the down vote come from an upper tiered groups. I get it. You don’t like change. I came from an middle-upper tier. But if we don’t change things, we are going to make ourselves so exclusive that we are going to self destruct. Look at the chatter. They aren’t talking nice about us. They are talking about the middle and top lower. The girls who are genuinely nice and inclusive. No one wants to hear this, but the houses mentioned above are going to keep rising and evening the playing field. That is good, but we need to be part of the positive change or we will find ourselves moving down. You can take it or leave it, but it is the truth.

It must be hard to see houses like zeta, AGD, KKG and Gamma Phi on here. The so called “upper tier” must be getting nervous! I think it’s funny. Feeling threatened by lower houses must be a new feeling for you. 😂😂😂😂

Who know who met quota? And what does have to do with anything? Even the so called top tiers didn’t meet quota. At least use a valid argument. I am not even part of gamma phi! 😂. I just think you are ridiculous to worry about someone moving up. Who cares? I am top middle/ bottom top and I could care less! You know why? Because If saw girls from another house on the street or at a party, I would say hello and be their friend as long as they were cool and fun! Who gives a rip! For goodness sakes! Who really cares what house you are from! I have friends in lots of houses and if anyone ever thinks they would stop that, I would drop. This whole girls against girls crap has to stop! We need to support each other! ✌️

Informal can mean one of 3 things.
It could mean you didn't make quota.
Or it could mean that you made quota but were under total going into recruitment and have the ability to COB up to total.
Or it could mean that you didn't make quota and were under total going into recruitment.
So doing informal (COB) can mean many things.
