The way I see it this rush is crucial for determining the 3rd tier.
Sigma and Phi Psi stay top 2 with Delt and Sammy right behind them, but the 5th spot could easily be ksig sae apes or acacia. Everything rides on these new PCs

probably acacia and kappa sig, move delt down though they don't have events ever and when they do they aren't fun
