breaking pha rules

Some of my friends in other greek orgs told me that they broke the rules and went to off campus frats/mentioned something about hazing and I feel guilty knowing this, should I report it or ignore it?

Do not be that person. If you were their friend you’d let them make their own decisions. If it really truly affected them that bad they would report it themselves. It’s not your place. If what they do bothers you then find friends who you feel comfortable with their decisions, but don’t ruin it for them.
