rising/new frats?

I am going to be a freshman next year and want to join a smaller/new frat that I can help grow and make prominent by the time I graduate. What are some of the better ones to look for?

people saying pi kapp, theta chi, and the like don’t understand that they’re over 100+. that’s not something you can really get into a leadership position right away and actually grow it yourself
