I think most can agree that within the tiers, most of the houses are interchangeable.

Top: Alpha Phi, Pi Phi, DG
Upper mid: Tri Delt, KD, Theta, Chi O
Mid: Fuzzy, Zeta, AXO
Lower mid: AEPhi, Kappa (probably)
Bottom: AGD, DZ, Gamma Phi, AOII

This is just what I’ve noticed from PHA suspensions, new PCs, and overall reputation.
