That means only one house wanted you back. It does not mean an automatic bid.

you have to maximize your options all the way through rush. so if you had 6 at philan. and cut one going into sisterhood, you don't qualify for that

this isn't even possible. If she put down the house she went to today she maximized her options and should get a bid.

Do you even go to this school? Are you even in Greek life?

It is not possible to "cut" any houses before pref round. I guess you could just not show up to a house, but that won't technically count against you I believe.

If you maximize your options after pref round, you are guaranteed a bid to one of those houses.

She can still get cut from that house. Her rho gam’s will call her tomorrow before bids go out at the union to let her know if she doesn’t have a bid. . If she didn’t get a call, she will have a bid.

She is guaranteed a bid because she maximized her options at pref. Even if she is lower on bid list she will be a quota addition.

Even tho not showing up doesn't automatically mean u won't get a bid, every chapter talks and even top tiers don't want to bid girls that just don't show up to other houses. It looks realllly bad and every chapter talks and it often causes your other houses to cut you. Just fyi I know it's kinda too late at this point
