how many cuts are made each round of recruitment/which round do they typically make the most cuts?

Cuts are dictated by PHA. Each chapter is required to cut so many girls each round based on return rates of the 3 prior years.
Next year will be kind of funny to see the all-mighty Kappa asking back everyone to every round.

A lot after philanthropy then a lot after sisterhood because if you’re st their pref round they may end up being forced to give you a bid

Yes, everyone a chapter invites to their preference round is someone they would feel comfortable being in their chapter. However, the number of women cut is decided by NPC rules to an extent.
