what's going on with kappa sigma?

Hey I'm a Kappa Sig at another school and am wondering what is going on with the chapter down at OSU. Are they just being "investigated" like all of the other fraternities? Or was there hard evidence of hazing, alcohol violations etc. Seems like your IFC/ University can't find much dirt on your fraternities and are just harassing them.

You have the right idea. Was very likely underage drinking which the majority of underclassmen are guilty of
