wyr zeta or axo?

AXO is this even a question? They are basically the same rank-wise except axo actually has a sisterhood.

I feel like the axo girls are generally much nicer and more genuine, kind of quirky people. Zeta girls seem much more shallow (not all of course, but the ones i have met). Zeta however seems to have their priorities set more to partying with emphasis on appearance to others (not saying that's all they are about, but they are moreso than axo). Axo has the closer sisterhood, zetas seems to be not very close, and extra clique-y from what I hear. I get this question if it's someone asking because they are rushing both informally at the moment and cannot choose, but other than that, I don't see why someone would be comparing these two. They are pretty different, and too many people ask questions like this because they are in one of these sororitys and want to hear people praise their chapter :P hope this is the initial reason. best of luck

I would choose AXO just based on experiences with each house and the friendships I've formed in both. BUT.. I will say I think ZTA's rumored "bad sisterhood" is more because they are a newer house rather than because they actually have rude and catty girls who dislike each other. They have less of a niche or "stereotype" to fill here being a newer house, so while they all might not be as close, I think that could be due to the growing pains that come with being a new house on campus and having new members being recruited by founding members with different backgrounds.... Just my two cents though! I don't think any girl would hate her greek life experience at OSU at either of these houses.

unfortunately most chapters do. It's part of the shallowness that is greek life in most middle-upper tiers. if this bothers you rush "lower" tier chapters. They often care more about your personality than your looks. depends on what you want to be judged on.

I'm not in zeta nor axo, but I can tell you this; Looks can only help you with voting. I'm in a "rising lower-tier" house where we highly consider personality into voting, but it seems as if we're moving towards cuter girls due to the rising pool of pnms. I can only speak from a "lower-tier" perspective, but I'm sure that the chapters that are not exclusively made for girls who just have good looks can agree with me.
