Personally think aephi is bellow g phi but that's really an opinion thing and other than that this is perfect. Pretty unbiased if you ask me too in that no org is too high. Some people might complain that chi o theta and agd are too low but they all had pretty bad years (especially agd) and that should be reflected. Well done

Disagree with some of this. No way is Tri Delt that high. They are below Chi O at best.
