I would agree with above. Aoii for sure. They are struggling so bad that nationals is essentially taking over recruiting. With that, I would seriously consider if you want to join. It is never seen as a good thing when nationals in involved for any reason. They could end up doing amazingly well next year, or crash and burn again and be pulled from campus. But as a pha sister, that is something we all desperately need NOT to happen! They cannot go, because it'll just mean replacing them with a new chapter and having to deal with special recruitment of having a million girls drop for a new chapter and ruining numbers and what not.

Seeing the whole nationnals thing is only going to scare more people away than it even should, which just means low numbers again next recruitment. Im not saying lie and say they're amazing but i feel like all the hate generated on this website definitely contributes to their low numbers. during recruitment, girls in my recru8itment group were hating on them so badly before we even walked in and met them for the first time, just because of what was on this site apparently. i feel like if people really wanted them to stay they would tell people to give them a try. i know not everything said about my chapter on this site is true. it may hold the same for aopi. just a thought.

It's hard to say who will do informal yet because so many things effect it. How many girls dropped, how many are graduating early, who didn't make numbers, etc. but dont assume it is a bad thing if a sorority is doing informal recruitment. So many things can change a members mind like money, time or commitment. People don't always drop because they dislike it and most times that isn't the case.

Going back to your original question before the aoii rant, check out the chapter's social media pages and visit their stands at the involvement fair.

STOP ASKING THIS QUESTION. The answer is ALWAYS the same. PHA does not realease this info (even to chapters) until the involvement fair. Some chapters may speculate that they will have to, but there is no officials ruling they will know of until the day of the involvement fair.
