Top: Sig Chi/Phi Psi, Kappa Sig, Sammy
(Sig chi/phi psi are personal preference but clearly the top 2. after them theres definitely a gap but K sig is clear number 3. I know sammy up there is bold but they're blocking with the hottest sorority and with their house, reputation, and relations with top frats/sororitys I dont think theres a valid argument against them)
Lower top: TKE, SAE, Delt, Phi Delt
(admit tke fell out of the top..open block is the final blow to them, on top of many reasons they're falling. sae is hurt by zeta block but they can recover, still too try hard imo. delt has been consistently good but unexceptional. phi delt is the fastest rising imo, good block partner and good parties. was torn b/t putting them here or down with aepi)
Upper mid: AEPi, ATO
(aepi has gotten better and they have a good block partner, but theyd be nothing without apes house and they rely on frats like k sig to bring girls to their parties. aepi isnt too far off from phi delt. ato needs agd for block to strengthen their cause, theyre nothing special but theyre definitely better than the frats below)
Mid: PIKE, FIJI, Sig Ep, Beta
(I dont have much to say other than I think beta is making moves and is most likely to rise)
Bottom: Everyone else

Beta and Club Ep are not respected by even the lowest of sororitys... one's a club and the other blanket bids to fill their house

SigEp got a great block partner....Betas spring block was great and can't ignore the new house. Pike and FIJI are good but nothing sets them apart

Just because sig ep got a block partner doesn't mean they're good lol. If your going off that then they're better than ato since they beat them out. Sig ep is far from being good and probably the least respected fraternity

How is it a self rank when Sammy is with dg and kappa sig is with kd???? If anything Sammy should be above kappa sig. because if having a good house, good parties, and a good block partner makes you top then I don't see where Sammy is lacking

As a top tier girl Sammy has always been top just not formally top because they were off campus. I'd definitely say they're equal to or better than kappa sig just very different vibes so it's hard to compare the two
