Heard TKE asked Tri Delt to block and they picked Phi Delt over them... thoughts?

I'm a TKE, and we never asked tridelt to block. We had a TG with them tho which was fun as hell and theres some hot girls in there and I was surprised by that but they've always been a lock with Phi Delt. That does NOT make Phi Delt above TKE.
