This is how I see it being on this campus for 3 years and seeing the rising and falling positions throughout my time at OSU. As of this year and right now.
Sororities:
1. Pi Phi/ DG (matter of preference. can't go wrong with either. Both have been top at OSU for YEARS)
2. Aphi (just not on #1 house level. Not well liked by the greek community. They have attempted (and succeeded) with getting almost every other top tier house on probation. Very hot but not a well-rounded house like pbp and dg) Have only done well since kappa got kicked off. others have always been top- they are just not there yet.
3. KD, Theta (u can make an argument for both.KD hurt a bit early this semester from SOPRO but looks like KD gets the prettier girls and theta gets their smart, put together girls.)
4. Tri Delta
5. Chi o
6. AGD
7. Fuzzy
8. Zeta
9. AXO
10. DZ
11. AOPI

Frats
1. PKP, Sig Chi (again, matter of preference. As of this semester sigma is stronger, pkp recruited better in past)
2. Kappa Sig
3. Tke
4. SAE
5. Sammy (officially back on campus, the top tier girls love them, and got a great block partner. They will be strong in the coming years)
6. Delt
7. AEPI
8. phi delt
9. SigEp & the rest

Coming from a top tier girl there is no way sae is above Sammy or delt, we have never once even had a pregame with sae yet we have tg's and pregames with Sammy and Delt.
