Not in AOPi but to talk about any woman let alone person that way is distasteful. If that's what you are looking at during recruitment, you don't know what it means to be a real sorority woman. We are supposed to be building each other up not bashing on each other. The higher purpose our founders set were not based on looks but the a group of people who want to better themselves through a shared set of values.

Now the best piece of advice I can give you: get the hell off this site. It brings out the worst in people.

lol you say "super mid tier" like its a bad thing ? please don't go into recruitment with ideas like that, thats what killed me my freshman year.

And one last thing. If looks don't matter then why are most of the "pretty" girls in top chapter? They have to be recruited back, you know. It works both ways.
And if that is to hard to comprehend, here is it in simple terms: Pretty girls means more socials with top tier/good looking frats More socials with top tiers/good looking frats means more fun. To keep up their social calendar they have to keep recruiting pretty girls. Which means looks matter.
