Amazing party vibes, love that it’s in a cool house on the main floor instead of sweaty basement. All the members are super social and nice. I always feel safe at their parties.

No substance. Brotherhood feels forced, parties are mediocre, and the guys act like they’re better than they are. Definitely not a top house.
