John Carroll University is a small Jesuit school on the east side of Cleveland in University Heights, Ohio, and its Greek system reflects that tight-knit, mid-size campus feel. The Jesuit mission around community engagement is something that actually shows up in how chapters operate, not just in the school's marketing materials.

Because JCU's total undergraduate enrollment sits in the low thousands, Greek life touches a meaningful slice of the student body without being the only social option on campus. It coexists alongside club sports, student government, and a pretty active campus programming board.
