Ups and Downs since i've been here being on and off probation. Always a top three house, but when off probation and throwing down can be considered top frat at Hobart. Pretty cool guys as well, with solid spring classes back to back years. Theme parties are always top notch, 80's ski Party is a blast and the beach party is legendary unlike Kappa's knockoff

I'm not sure who's writing these positive ranks but Chi Phi is widely considered the worst house on campus by far. I don't want to sound mean but it's really very well known. They have a nice house but other than that I don't know who would rank them anything other than bottom tier other than their own members so just wanted to be sure that was clear.

Combined a party with chi phi... so that’s really a bad look. Gone down hill very quickly and everyone knows it.

I love Chi Phi I mean I've gone to basically all of their social events and for the most part like 95% of the time I have a good time. Though this good time might only be in my head because every time I go there I blackout because they truly know how to serve good strong drinks and can keep the party going and the dancing is always fun! Maybe next time I'll actually remember the party, but I doubt it!

Who even are these people on campus? I mean do they even socialize with people outside of their fraternity I think not! I have been to one party and I'm pretty sure its the only party they have ever thrown because it SUCKED!
