I'm in another frat but i am constantly impressed with Sigma Nu. When they got kicked out of their pseudo house i thought it was a death sentence for them but they have stayed strong with through campus involvement and a good liveout program as apposed to KS who solely relies on liveouts and partying to keep going. Sigma Nu should be a case model for new houses on campus who don't own a house when they recharter.

There are two ways people rate sigma nu. There is "ohh they don't have a house so they can be held at a different standard then other houses." Realistically if they did the same thing they do now but in a house people would think they are nothing special. Then there are the people who are like "they don't have a house so they are just bottom". I feel like this is a little more true then the previous assumption, mainly because a guy is rarely going to pick a chapter that does not have a house

By far one of the best fraternities on campus. The guys are friendly, not creepy, HOT, and I always see them wearing their letters around campus. Just because they don't have a house doesn't mean they don't have a great brotherhood. I know a good majority of the guys live on mill in a couple houses all next door to each other. They fly under the radar but only because they don't care about superficial stuff like ranks.
