Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 3.5 pi Kap is underrated. Parties are always fun, no matter the size. DJ is sick and they all know how to throw down. And at the same time, I, and all my girlfriends, feel super comfortable going there. The guys really look out for everyone there. Also they got some hotties.
