Sooooo, Hateful remarks have been posted on this site, some directed against UO sororities by fraternity members, or individuals posing to be fraternity members. Question: Are members of your fraternity associated with making any of these hateful and vulgar remarks online? If so immediately identify the members of your fraternity who are posting such remarks and educate them. Start with education and put them on a personal improvement program. Lecturing others about “stopping the hate” makes no sense unless you are above reproach. Your organization has a responsibility to live up to the values that the fraternity states it possesses.

Someone who is tired of houses getting bashed for the wrong reasons. You make it sound like there’s some underground frat fight club. My bf is in lambda and I’m in a house with three letters. All you need to know.

You also reflect poorly on your “bf’s” fraternity with your remark posted here. I’m a graduate, post graduate, and professional who supports the UO and UO Greek system financially. I will not ‘get off of here’ as you suggest. The comments and remarks posted on this site are in many cases unacceptable and provide no value to anyone interested in joining the UO Greek system. Your are student. Act like it. The purpose of the Greek system to promote brotherhood, sisterhood, leadership and community service. If an organization is not filling it’s purpose then something needs to change.

If the purpose of Greek life is as you state it, why aren’t you practicing it.
