Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 3.2 Yes, they don't have a house. That doesn't mean they don't have fun or anything the functions we've had with them have been some of the best ever (around the worlds). Can't say I think they are uninvolved either, they attended our philanthropy and the others we attended, just like every other frat. They are the definition of a middle tier house, no questions asked. Average grades, decent looking, unhoused, party hard like everyone else= middle tier.

They aren't well established because they have only been on campus a couple of years, and they are unhoused. That being said, if you have partied with them you know they party hard. Need more campus involvement, but if these guys were housed they would rise quick. Good looking boys who were respectful to my house, and also the best serenaders!!!

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 3.6 These guys first off are all really hot. They are not well known unfortunately because they have no house and all their live outs are in terrible locations. They do party though and have a good time. If they had a house I definitely think they would be top bc the guys I know are great.

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 3.8 If were rating fraternities off the most fun to party with, a combination of good looks while still remaining gentleman, these guys have it! They throw down when they party, but really need a house to be considered one of the best fraternities. Overall gentleman and fun guys.

That said, they aren't involved enough around campus, but they do throw the best parties. Guys are respectful which seems to be nonexistent in other frats here. Not having a house hurts them, but they have established a reputation which helps them stay relevant. If these boys had a house would be fairly close to top house!
