Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 4.4 Other frats try to hate on them because they are on the rise. Kappa Sig & Phi Psi are only frats rising to the top and anybody on campus would tell you that. Starting to get alot of hate because they are near the top. Can't wait to see what you guys have in store for next year (:
