They are definitely top tier, I would say within the top two on campus. They seem to have a great brother hood always doing bother hood events and lock ins. They are all very social having many mixers and parties. They really do like to have a good time and my favorite is when they have themed parties they go all out. They always attend social events for all the sorioties on campus including mine. Their senior class is a little weak but all the upcoming members are cute.

Pi kapp is definitely one of the top frats on campus. They are all attractive and have great parties and are truly great guys as well.

Always have fun when they throw down. The guys are all super close and are generally really nice to new guys. Seems like the sororities like hanging out with them the most, but not partying with them the most. They always travel in packs which shows how close they are. Really athletic from what i've seen and heard.

Love pikapp, hate pikapp. Great parties when they happened, But nothing like a few years ago. Love shenanigans! The group of guys just like to have fun and are all very chill. Get the gentleman frat stereotype but that's only true for a few guys. Datable, hot, love to have fun what more can you say.

From what I've seen these boys are known as the sweet cute ones everyone wants to date including me. Next year I can't wait to get to know the pikapps better because I want more of what I've seen. Every pikapp boy I know has been respectful to me and his peers around him. They are pretty involved on campus and throw some great parties on the weekends that I can always have fun at.

These guys used to be a top tier fraternity my freshman year, but ever since its been a down hill spiral. They are on their 6th semester of social probation and are just going to continue to get in trouble. Spike the punch. Just overall think they are the hottest guys around when in actuality their senior class now was the start of the goober gang.
