actual ranks for fsl 2017

by: Henry

Top tier: theta chi for sure. Lambda being thrown off has given them the throne indefinitely.

Lambda chi: will still get pledges and remain the best party fraternity on campus despite being thrown off. They were never interested in campus involvement in the first place.

Upper middle: Pike. Formerly top tier but lost too many cool brothers from graduation and had weird pledges all year. Still a good fraternity. Not nearly in the position that they were in though.

Middle: sigma pi: always been a good but "meh" fraternity. Never been lit or really thrown good parties but people still like them and they're cool. Really good at sports, grades, volunteering and overall involvement. Joining them is better for your resume than joining a top tier chapter.

Fiji: last fall and spring 16 they were without a doubt one of the four top frats to join because they were killing it with parties awards, grades and what not but they stopped trying and it set them back pretty far. Then their most well known guys graduated. Still a good chapter but they're going to have to work really hard this year to get to upper middle/ low low top again.

Kappa sig: formerly bottom tier, then last year lower tier but after taking a full year to improve their social game they are moving up FAST. rheyll. probably be a sold middle tier for a few years because the weird brothers don't graduate for a year or two but other than that they're doing good.

Theta chi is number one. Love it or hate it.

Accurate assumption with each one with the exception of KΔ and Pike. I put KΔ solid middle tier with Pi Phi and Pike and Fiji top tier
