Before I got to ODU I heard about Alpha Phi. I always heard good things. They are definitely intimidating at first bring that they seem really put together, but other than that they are a great group of sisters and regardless of their "rankings" they always uphold to their high expectations of representing both their chapter and their school.

Alpha Phi is the top sorority on campus and everyone knows that. But they are only on top because they only recruit girls that are good looking. They have no sisterhood whatsoever. There are numerous cliques within this chapter. Some sisters don't even follow their sisters on IG/ Twitter etc to uphold their "follow to following" ratio. They are incredibly stuck up and only care about how they look. Yes they are good looking but if you really care about TRUE sisterhood and don't rush them.

One of the best sororities on campus for sure. Between them, zeta, and pi phi they have all the good girls. Didn’t see them on campus that much this past fall though.

alpha phi has one of the worst sisterhoods on campus. they are not involved in other chapters. they think they are the number one on campus but that is definitely zta or pi phi.

Def top tier in looks. Aren’t really involved with other sororities or events on campus and can seem stuck up. Also hear they kick girls out allll the time.

A Phi is literally only in the top because they recruit based on looks. Sisters can text each other AND new members if they are seen around campus and tell them they don’t look good and need to go home and change or do their hair/makeup. Not a good sisterhood, and a lot of their new members realize this after FFR is over and they drop because they are not very real during FFR. You are better off going Pi Phi or Zeta.
