House parties are dangerous and there is no need to publicize not going to house parties because the rule is in place for the safety of the women. If you are in a Greek organization you should know this... The reason the chapter is on probation is also nobody's business because again you are not the one ensuring safety. Maybe you shouldn't bash an organization for not going to house parties because you know maybe their probation isn't so bad, actually maybe headquarters wrote them a pretty check so they have wet socials every week to ensure their women are having fun just in a safer setting. So maybe you don't know the whole story, huh?
