It is commendable that NIU sororities have strongly supported one another thru good times and bad for many years. Our sorority women understand the true meaning of loyalty and encouragement when it comes to acting in a panhellenic manner. The growth and success of all women can come about through membership in and participation with NPC homes.

Sigma Lambda Sigma is NIU's active local service sorority with a strong 54-year tradition of service, sisterhood and leadership. Since 1963 they have served NIU's community well as a small but necessary and meaningful organization. While not an NPC group, they value and uphold the ideals set forth by NIU's Panhellenic Association. The best way to understand their purposes and merits is to contact them directly and meet with their members in person.
