These guys really turned it around this Fall semester and are way friendlier then when I was at NAU my freshman year but they are douche baggy in intramural sports and need to pipe down a little.

Sad, they were such a good frat my freshman year but they have been steadily falling in numbers and quality. These guys gotta make a lot of changes to fix their damage. Always hear bad things that happen at their parties each week. Not good.
