What happened to FIJI? And why was KA allowed back?

Fiji was kicked off bc of “ hazing” when we know every frat hazes , they just couldn’t afford to pay themselves out of it like every frat does , if anything KA is going next since they don’t have enough members now .

What about Pi Kappa Phi? It looks like they were replaced by Pi Kappa Sigma?
