alpha tau omega

I definitely know i want to rush for a fraternity next year. im looking into ATO and want to know thier rank and how the campus views them. One of my friends is in it, and tells me that there are a lot of upper classmen, so i dont want it to shrink the year i decide to rush when they all graduate. How is ATO like?
