Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of North Dakota - UND 1.0 Very very disappointed since their last party got a lot of hype and a bunch of people I knew said they were going but a bunch of them weren’t allowed in even though they were supposed to be. Then just when the party started getting decent someone blew out the speakers and it just died basically and everyone left. Big let down.
