Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of North Dakota - UND 1.7 They are a house that is not in IFC so they can get away with doing things that IFC would not allow. Their parties are so weird and cringe. The guys are okay, but very much different. These Pi Beta Phi’s are getting way too out of hand thinking they’re all cool cause they are close with Kappa Sig now. Very weird fraternity. Not to mention that Alpha Sigma Phi thinks they’re now relevant on campus.

They are a house that is not in IFC so they can get away with doing things that IFC would not allow. Their parties are so weird and cringe. The guys are okay, but very much different.
