overall recruitment process is appalling, unorganized, and the executive board does an unfair job. there is obvious favoritism when giving bids. very biased process. their image is clearly their priority rather than what their character should stand for as a sorority.

This sorority is definitely focused on just looks when it comes to recruiting new members. I’ve had a few nasty run ins with a Chi O member, I won’t lie and say that they aren’t all beautiful but I wish they had better priorities.

Really lacking on sisterhood ladies. Havnt seen any of your girls out together. I’ve only seen some of the girls in you pc out, but with girls from other sororities. How’s the sisterhood going? Get it together!

So-so. Mediocre. They've definitely done a great job with PR and bettering their image, but it doesn't help that they still give out bids to just about every girl who goes through recruitment. Sisters themselves aren't the worst on campus, but aren't the best either. Honestly pretty awkward. Don't care about looks. Could definitely stand to be more involved around campus. Tbh not the nicest... won't get too specific but damn. Some of them are cool but they can't redeem the chapter as a whole. Also, you can definitely tell they do a lot of self ranking on this page. Anything slightly critical gets 20+ downvotes. No other OU sorority on GreekRank gets that many downvotes on critical posts THAT consistently. Just saying.

Back in the game. For a while this Soror was slipping. I’m glad that they realized this and finally got their stuff together and became more selective.
