Houses with Snap Bids

Can someone pls explain how snap bids work and which chapters are most likely to give them out? Which chapters gave out the most snap bids last year? I just want to get an idea of how that works thanks!

I heard last year zeta and DG gave them but very little
Either way it’s a gamble and I would not count on them for any house as this year’s number is very high for girls rushing

Snap bids are normally rare for houses like DZ, Zeta, Sig Kap, and Adpi they were more frequent the last two years because of panhel issues with numbers and last minute allowing totals to be higher- don’t bank on them!
