Why theta hate?

im not in greek life but i wanted to know why evryone thinks theta is so bad. they seem to actually like each other and are always nice? idk i was just curios

They are just like upper bouse/low middle, but ig they used to be really bad? They seem to be getting better but I agree that they look like they actually like each other

Theta is like mouse. middle house. They're not a top house in that they're not cliquey and entitled and they're actually a sweet group of girls that are kind and welcoming. They all get along pretty well and they're house is GORG. Honestly maybe they get a worse rep because they're not snobby and don't haze like some top houses do
