the only real difference between the top and middle houses is their member retention/recruitment mixed with the physical houses themselves (axid doesn’t have a house yet, chio is far from greek village)
ALSO all of the houses at nc state ARE GOOD and the reason you see so much back and forth about ranks is because there really isn’t a strict top house/bottom house hierarchy like there is at other schools. girls in all of the sororities are friends with each other and there is a really healthy panhellenic system here which is good!!

You claim recruitment and retention are factors in how you arrived at these rankings yet four of the eight “top” and “middle” are doing spring COB (paying most attention to two of your top four.) You might want to work on that thought process again. Your math isn’t mathing.

True statement if you are solely looking December graduates but let’s be honest, several of those houses have had horrible retention and dropping for the past few years Also, no one thinks KD is ranked that high.

Assume you meant zta? Chopped and mean girls together makes for a miserable sisterhood for those not part of the 'right' clique.

It’s perfectly normal for any house to participate in COB based on December graduates. Has nothing to do with top or bottom status when girls graduate in december, and those spaces become available as COB spots in the spring
