Adpi only talks to each other, wear sundresses to parties where everyone else is in maybe jeans. Also known as top by people who like the southern vibe big event snacks and sacks for RMH
SK is similar and has large friend group overlaps, everyone looks exactly the same, slightly nicer/less cliquey than adpi. Largest event is the gala and they raise a lottt of money for Alzheimer’s
Overall the 2 ‘southern’ sororities. But not really in a sec.
zeta pledge is not close with each other and was a bit odd, everyone I know from it has said the sisterhood was not the best and it didn’t feel like somewhere to make friends. Known as top, had one of the biggest pcs. main events are spray painting the tunnel and the rest of October and fashion show for breast cancer
Dg has similar girls and one of the biggest pcs. a lot of friend group overlap with zeta and dz. Tend to recruit from the same high schools but I’ve heard better things about the sisterhood. Seem to be more involved in the fall than the spring. Main event is anchor splash for blindness
Dz is the most trendy/alternative vibe but the they have a high drop rate and a lil messy but a lot of the girls fit the same vibe and they recruit incredibly well and pnms love them. . Main event is basketball game for deafness
Chi o is not on campus and you have to take a bus to the house during recruitment and for bid day. If they were on campus they would do a lot better but being away from Greek village seems to be the main deterrent. Tend to be forgotten bc of the distance from everyone. Pancake day for make a wish and dodgeball for als.
Axid newest chapter, they are returning after being off campus. Allowed to take larger pcs recently to fill the chapter. They only had 4 spots in the house for this year, and they share a house with phi tau and pike 🍞. They’re coming up as a chapter but the house is holding them back, and they won’t have a new one for a while. Some have a similar vibe to dz and are very cool girls, some are just mean. Xiti with the xis for homeless children
Kd has nice girls and I’ve heard a great chef and rooms but it’s seems they’ve been steadily moving down each year, and you can tell in the way they recruit. A lot of sisters mad this yr bc they took away formal. They are one of not the only house with suite style rooms instead of hall bathrooms. Big event: banquet for child abuse America
Kkg is moving up but have an unfortunate house and struggles with recruitment as it’s mostly 2 pnms to 1 sister. Super sweet girls and they had a great year. Alternats highest gpa with dg. Big event mac & keys
Theta is on the up as well, a lot of girls loved them during recruitment and the have a great sisterhood. Big event gala for casa
Pi phi has some really sweet girls, but struggle during rush. They had a pc of ~20, and chi o is not moving into their house lol. But they are struggling and could be the first to go IF someone had to. They also have an unfortunate house that they struggle to fill. Lemonade for literacy
There’s really great things and bad things to say about every chapter. See what makes you feel the most at home during recruitment, these ranks only really matter for frat relations at the end of the day and that only matters for mixers. A lot of houses had snap bids this year so don’t lose hope but know it’s rare

I agree with most of these takes tbh spot on with zta adpi and sk explanations except Dz has not been recruting well lol and have the highest drop rate besides pi phi. Also didn’t hear the best things about kappa sisterhood this year but ik there are some girls who love it so

Pretty accurate but would move theta with pi phi. The descriptions are negative but have some truth to them

From my talks today on zoom idk if this is accurate at all. The conversation I had were not really good with the bottom just felt weird to talk to them but at the same time the top were so uninteresting and equally uninterested. Chi o is moving into old pi phi and they are going to where axid also lives. Dz was sadly not my vibe and I feel like so many girls were nice but different. Excited for today though!

I really thought the Pi Beta Phi girls were sweet yesterday on Zoom. I got really good vibes from Delta Gamma, too - and their Instagram vidoes have been hype lately! I know Zeta Tau Alpha is supposed to be one of the top, but the girls I talked to seemed super awkward. Not sure what's up with that? Delta Zeta was pretty good, too. Can't wait to see what's next!

Shame on folks here. There are girls who don’t know any better who will actually believe what is posted on here. 95% of the comments on GR are shade being thrown by those with a beef against one of the houses or those trying to make their house seem better.
This is NC State, not Alabama or Arizona State. Stop being manipulated by fake news girlies with an agenda. The “tier” or ranking system is a joke, ask just about anyone and they’ll have a different opinion on any given sorority.

Some of the takes on here are the opposite of what people say in real life. It’s also super easy to see who self ranks. Just see who gets fluffed up the most and who gets the most hate. Most everything on this site stems from jealousy and certain sororities desperately trying to hype themselves up before and during recruitment

It’s really all of them — they just have different agendas and strategies. But, they all seem to include denigrating other houses as part of that strategy.

Idk I’ve seen girls pref and suicide bid theta over sororities “high and mid tier” sororities, they’ve been doing better and better with recruitment
