Actually everything thinks kd is bottom now. Not even the point of this main post but they abt to have an awful recruiting cycle

kkg is bottom with piphi and theta. axid and KD are mid and the only “upper mids” are DZ and then Chi O. The rest are all top depending on ur vibe but some obviously stand out more than others

I think dz axid and chi o can be considered equal based on how last year went, then kd as they are dropping w no improvement, then pi phi kkg theta are lowest tier. The rest of the houses being “top” is questionable but every house at ncsu has some sort of cons I think ranks should be in who’s improving or declining and a lot of these “top houses” don’t want to admit they have gone downhill tbh

Okay I’m not in KD and some of the girls aren’t my favorite but they are definitely not bottom tier. The experience the girls in KD have are very different from that of the girls in Pi Phi, Theta, and KKG. They have more mixer opportunities and a better social calendar. They also have higher retention and are more competitive during recruitment. That’s just the truth. Anyone saying they’re bottom has some weird vendetta against them

Actually when you look at the numbers they had a worse rush season last year than kkg and theta, and also had a worse retention rate than kkg and theta, and also had to take more girls in cob than a lot of other houses so I feel they have rightfully earned their spot at the bottom. Additionally, kkg and theta are having way better rush performances with the past two years so I feel like it’s unfair to group them with pi phi who is loosing their house to chi o by next summer and will likely be booted off campus.

They got in huge trouble last semester so I think a lot of the girls dropped. That’s prob why there low.
