They're doing that by staying relaxed and not acting like something they're not. Definitely got above KD this year since they're continuing to go down hill even with their huge house. I see big things for them in the future

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at North Carolina State University - NCSU 2.0 i feel so bad ranking because I don't have anything good to say about them because i don't know them because no one knows them. When rushing the girl tried so hard and I fealt so bad because they seemed really desperate to get girls. They are new though so maybe in the future things can happen but bottom tier with Theta for sure.

i feel so bad ranking because I don't have anything good to say about them because i don't know them because no one knows them. Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at North Carolina State University - NCSU 5.0 i usta low rank piphi too but trust me from a guys perspective theyve gotten ALOT better last years pledge class was pretty good for them if they pull that off 1-2 more times theyll be not top dogs but definitely in the top 5 especially after kd chio adpis pledge classes that werent really that great last year
