Not perfect but moving up for sure. If they do as well as they did last year with recruitment they could be even with chi o and adpi. Definitely already passed kd without a doubt

Finally making a name for themselves and other sororities don't like it. Most down to earth girls you'll meet and if you're really joining a sorority for sisterhood and not popularity then pi phi is where you belong

tons of people kept dropping them during rush but pi phi still kept making them come back. definitely came off as desperate. anyone could get in to pi phi

Having a duplex with theta brings them down. Their house is surprisingly nice on the inside though and they're all sweet and cute. Other sororities like chi o and adpi should be on the look out

Not quite top tier but they're making their way there. They're doing that by staying relaxed and not acting like something they're not. Definitely got above KD this year since they're continuing to go down hill even with their huge house. I see big things for them in the future
