Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 1.0 I would wager that atleast 75%+ of this fraternity did not have sig ep as their first choice when rushing. These guys are the biggest group of misfits. No identity, weird dudes, no pledge process, in no way a real fraternity. Theyre a social club with greek letters that prefer to play dress up.
