Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 4.0 I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know all of the SigEps. They have all been so nice and not creepy (rare lol), and they have awesome parties! The floor is always sticky and the house smells a little odd but they are great guys who know how to have a good time and make a girl laugh
