Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 3.7 Really great guys. If you can get a band to one of their parties it will be great, they are almost always closed but it helps them from being crazy. Their functions are always so fun. The guys seem to be against girlfriends from everything ive seen and heard. A lot of them drag out relationships, but arent super invested or dont want a title. The guys are HOT. every pledge class just gets better.
